mototravel.pro rents bicycles/scooters/motorcycles booked or hired directly. The rental period is from 09:00AM to 18:00PM (1day rental)
1- From the first day of rental to the last day of rental, the client can pick up and return the vehicles between 9:00AM and 18:00PM from Monday to Sunday. The collection and/or return of vehicles outside the previously defined schedule may be subject to an extra payment by the client.
2- In the event that the bicycle/scooter/motorcycle is returned before the current end of the rental contract for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any rental amount.
3- When the bicycle/scooter/motorcycle is returned after the rental contract period, an additional fraction will be charged.
4- or in the event that the lessee would like to extend or keep the rental for longer than the time contracted, they must inform before the end of the contract so that mototravel.pro can inform them of the possibility of extending it or not and proceed to the prior payment of the additional difference for the extra days.
5- The bicycles/scooters/motorcycles and the contracted equipment are the property of mototravel.pro and must be collected and returned to our offices in Puerto de Pollensa, although it will be possible to hire a transport service for other destinations within the northern area of Mallorca. exclusively (Pollensa and Cala San Vicente) with an extra charge added on the price.
In case of contracting the transportation service by the client, on the same day of the beginning of the rental period between 9:30am and 10:30am at the accomodation where the client is staying. The pick-up time will be the last day of the rental period between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the accomodation where the client is staying. The client must be present for the collection and/or delivery of the vehicle.
6- When proceeding with the reservation on our website, the lessee will pay 100% of the total rental amount, or 30% of the rental and the remaining 70% when they pick up the bicycle/scooter/motorcycle at our location. 7-When the lessee who is the subject of the rental contract picks up the bicycle/scooter/motorcycle, he must present official identification with a photograph (National Identity Document, Passport and Driving License), otherwise the contract cannot be formalized. The person signing the rental agreement must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for all equipment rented under the agreement.
8- SCOOTERS/MOTORCYCLES: If a cancellation of the reservation is made 24 hours in advance (before 9.00am the day before the first day of rental) a full refund of the advance payment of 30% or 100% (depending on payment) will be made. ) as a reservation.

9- To rent a motorcycle with mototravel.pro you must have a valid driving license for the vehicle you want to rent and according to the country's regulations. The minimum requirements in Spain for each model available on our website are found in the “Driving License” section within the description of each model of scooters (50cc, 125cc, 200cc, 350cc and 400cc) and motorcycles (125cc, 250cc, 300cc, 500cc and 650cc).
10- If the driving license is not from a country of the European Economic Union or they do not have an agreement with Spain, you need to present the "International license." Likewise, valid permits are governed by the law of the country where you drive, not the country of origin.
11- Taking into account the specifications and details of "requirements" already stated on the mototravel.pro website and in our offices, and in the case of a vehicle reservation by a client who, by mistake/unawareness, has reserved a scooter /motorcycle that cannot drive due to not having a driving license, the client has no right to claim or refund the money paid for the vehicle reservation made through the website.
12- Whether motorcycles, scooters or e-scooters, if they are parked without the corresponding security system, the lessor has the right to collect the vehicle, without the lessee having the right to make any claim.
13- The renter is obliged to use the motorcycle/scooter/e-scooter and its equipment properly. The motorcycle/scooter/e-scooter must be returned in perfect working conditions or charges may be made. The lessee must inform mototravel.pro of any damages or theft of vehicles or materials and the lessee himself will be responsible for the cost of repair or in case of theft he will pay the market value, by credit card. The motorcycle/scooter/e-scooter will be delivered in perfect condition by mototravel.pro to the lessee and if it has any damage it will be recorded in the rental contract and the client will be informed during the processing of the same. The renter will not be responsible for any damage or deterioration due to normal wear and tear of the motorcycle/scooter/e-scooter. All motorcycles/scooters/e-scooters are provided with a lock and the renter will be responsible for securing it at night by storing it in a garage or locked room for safety. It is advisable to always have the vehicle in sight to avoid theft.
14- The lessee is responsible for respecting all existing traffic laws in Spain.
15- It is recommended that you always carry documentation to identify you and a mobile phone. It is also advisable to have accident insurance during the trip.
16- The renter is responsible for all damages that occur either to himself or any other person within the rental period, mototravel.pro does not accept responsibility for any claims from third parties in relation to accidents, injuries, blows or damages caused by the tenant or his property, or loss of objects for any reason.
17- The lessee agrees to deposit a deposit for the motorcycles/scooters/e-scooters, leaving a deposit that varies from €100 to €500 (in cash or with a debit/credit card), depending on the model of scooter and motorcycle.
18- The vehicles, if not contracted otherwise, are insured by the lessor with the corresponding current mandatory civil liability and unlimited voluntary civil liability insurance. The costs of this insurance are included in the rental price. In case of theft, theft or damage caused by third parties, the lessee is responsible, unless comprehensive insurance is contracted apart from this contract, only valid for motor vehicles. If comprehensive insurance is not contracted, the lessee must pay the lessor the amount stipulated for each model of motorcycle/scooter/e-scooter.
19- For any issues that may arise from the fulfillment and execution of this contract, the contracting parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, waiving, if they have, their own jurisdiction.
